This is one of those songs that came to me pretty much finished. It was fun to arrange and experiment with, and the end product sounded very different than my original thought.
It's about verbal bullying and abuse, and the power of words. I see the power and the misuse of words so much at school. It is amazing how one word can empower someone or break their spirit in an instant.
This the first song I wrote. It was an Anniversary gift to my wife Kim. We're now approaching 10 years! I finally got set up with enough home recording gear to record the song. Hope you like!
